Mojacar Long Term Rentals was set up some years ago solely to specialise in long term rentals.

We only handle long term rentals - no holidays, no sales, no distractions. We focus on what we do best so that we can provide the optimum service for tenants and owners.

We have a range of properties available from beachfront villas to town apartments, from country houses with stables to one bedroom penthouse apartments. We work from an office on Mojacar Playa and our area of operation extends to roughly a twenty minute drive from there. We currently have properties in the following locations: Antas-Bedar-Cuevas de Almanzora-El Pinar-Garrucha-La Huelga-Los Gallardos-Mojacar-Mojacar Playa-Palomares-Turre-Valle del Este-Vera Playa-Vera Town.

Our main concerns are to offer a fully legal and professional service and building lasting relationships with our clients.
